After the data center is put into normal operation, it begins to enter the system operation and system maintenance phase.
The purpose of system maintenance is to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the data center and make the system continuously improved. System maintenance refers to making necessary changes to the system in a planned and organized manner to ensure that all elements in the system are always in the latest and correct working state with the changes of the environment.
The main factors affecting maintainability are the understandability, predictability and modifiability of key infrastructure and systems in the data center. These three factors are closely related, and only by correctly understanding each system can we make appropriate modifications; Only with accurate and predictable goals can we ensure the correctness of the modification. The whole process of improving the maintainability of the data center starts from the initial demand analysis and design to the construction and implementation. It will be too late to evaluate and pay attention to the maintenance phase.
(2) Service controllability means that users have the right to decide on the business type and service content of the services provided by the data center, and have the ability to constantly revise and improve the service implementation process and quality. The purpose of research on service controllability is to scientifically formulate service projects, rationally promise service quality, and improve the management ability of data center service system.
(3) In addition to maintainability and service controllability, the data center should also have a perfect service standard system, operation service system and scientific and reasonable service process. A data center with good serviceability should be able to closely combine maintainability, service controllability and operation and maintenance service capabilities, so that it can better achieve the expected goals and maximize the value of operating assets.
