2. After the cables are laid in place, power on all the surveillance cameras to see if there are any images, solve the problems, and then install and fix the surveillance cameras.
3. If there is strong electricity in the environment, it should be noted that the camera installation should be isolated from the ground to avoid interference.
4. If the surveillance camera is not infrared integrated, try not to open the lens during moving and installing the surveillance camera.
5. If necessary, lightning protection measures shall be taken during outdoor installation and monitoring.
6. When installing the camera, it must be on a relatively firm wall or place. Only after installation can the monitoring image be prevented from shaking.
7. The commissioning of infrared light should be carried out at night. Adjust the infrared lamp lighting position through the display at night.
8. The cable leading out from the monitoring camera should have a margin of about 1m so as not to affect the rotation of the monitoring camera.
9. For infrared integrated camera, try to avoid direct light source, because the power control of infrared lamp is based on the photoresistor installed on the infrared lamp board to control whether the working power of infrared lamp is turned on or not.
10. Infrared video camera All black objects, open places, water and other objects that absorb infrared light should be avoided as far as possible in the field of view. The infrared light matched with the CCD camera is reflected on the object by emitting infrared light to form an image. If the infrared light is absorbed or weakened, the effective irradiation effect of the infrared light will be weakened.
11. It is necessary to ensure the working index of the infrared lamp, for example, the power supply power of the infrared lamp must be higher than the working power of the infrared lamp itself. The general power supply must reach 2A to ensure the normal operation of infrared lights at night.
12. Pay attention not to touch the lens and CCD target surface with hands during installation to avoid polluting the lens.
13. It is very important to choose a good BNC head. Must avoid trouble in maintenance.
2、 Installation of line part:
1. Video cable: SYV75-3 video cable generally transmits within 200 meters, 75-5 video cable transmits within 400 meters, and 75-7 video cable can transmit 800 meters; In addition, attention should be paid to the quality of CCTV coaxial cable. RG59U, RG6 and RG11 all require 100% copper core and 95% copper braided shield. The loop resistance of the circuit shall not exceed 15 ohms. When the interval exceeds 500 meters, optical cable transmission shall be considered.
2. Power line: flame retardant cable shall be selected, and thick point shall be used as far as possible to reduce the attenuation of power supply.
3. Control line: generally, the cable with shielding 2 * 1.0, RVVP2 * 1.0, is used.
4. Wiring pipe: PVC pipe or PVC trunking is generally used, and galvanized steel pipe (jdg pipe) shall be used for underground or explosion-proof works.
3、 Installation of control equipment:
1. The installation position of the console and cabinet (rack) shall meet the design requirements, and the installation shall be stable, firm and easy to operate and maintain. The clear distance from the back and side of the cabinet rack to the wall shall meet the maintenance requirements.
2. Cables in the control room shall be arranged with cable trough and inlet hole according to the equipment installation position, arranged and bound neatly, numbered and marked.
3. The working environment of the control equipment and the equipment of the security system are required to be installed in a clean air conditioning room and on a 19 "scale rack. Appropriate space should be left between the equipment, and forced ventilation fans should be used.
4. Ensure that the live wire, neutral wire and ground wire of the power supply in the monitoring room are connected according to the specifications
In the monitoring central equipment (monitor Digital Video Recorder , matrix, video distributor), use the AC voltage range of the multimeter to measure the ground voltage of the above equipment shell and the video cable connector connected to the camera. This The higher the voltage, the more likely to damage the video output of the camera. When the voltage is not zero, avoid unplugging the video cable with power.
