Field service
During the maintenance period, all equipment of the monitoring and alarm system (such as the monitoring host, camera, decoder, alarm host, dual detector, sound and light alarm, etc.) will be replaced if damaged under normal use. The cost of equipment and accessories will be borne by the party designated in the maintenance contract depending on the maintenance method. After maintenance, report the problem to the user and the handling results, submit the maintenance report, which shall be signed by the user and kept for record.
