Installation process of surveillance camera
1. The rated voltage of the wire for the monitoring camera shall be greater than the working voltage of the line; The insulation of the conductor shall comply with the installation method and laying environmental conditions of the line. The cross-sectional area of the conductor shall meet the requirements of power supply and mechanical strength.
2. Try to avoid conductor joints when wiring. Except for the necessary joints, the camera joints shall be crimped or welded, and the wire connections and branches shall not be subject to mechanical force. The wires threaded in the pipe shall not have joints under any circumstances, and the joints shall be placed on the probe terminals of the junction box as far as possible.
3. The wiring shall be installed horizontally or vertically in the building. The wiring shall be protected by sleeves (plastic or iron pipes, selected according to the technical requirements of indoor piping), and the ceiling wiring can use metal hoses, but it needs to be fixed securely and beautiful.
4. The signal line shall not be parallel to the high-power power line, nor shall it be threaded in the same pipe. If parallel wiring is required due to environmental constraints, it should be kept away from more than 50cm.
5. The AC power supply of the alarm control box shall be routed separately. The camera cannot be threaded in the same pipe with the signal line and low-voltage DC power line. The installation of the AC power line shall comply with the electrical installation standards.
6. The wiring from the alarm control box to the ceiling is required to be jacketed into the wall or protected with iron pipes to improve the vandal resistance of the anti-theft system.
7. There are two types of conduit wiring: open configuration and concealed configuration. The exposed piping of camera shall be horizontal and vertical, neat and beautiful.
