Class I power supply is adopted for the power supply of the machine room construction, and an uninterruptible power supply system is established. External equipment, air conditioning, lighting, auxiliary sockets and other equipment are provided by the power distribution cabinet in the machine room.
The power supply and distribution system in the machine room provides the host power supply, external equipment, auxiliary equipment, air conditioning, lighting, etc. with AC power with phase system, voltage, frequency and rated capacity meeting the requirements through the machine room distribution cabinet.
Special distribution cabinet for machine room
The special power distribution cabinet for computer room mainly refers to the low-voltage power distribution cabinet, which is an important component in the power supply and distribution system of computer room. The correct and reasonable design of the low-voltage distribution cabinet in the machine room and the performance of the components in the distribution cabinet play an important role in the normal power consumption of the whole machine room.
The distribution cabinet is composed of automatic air switch, disconnector, contactor, breaker, indicator, button, switch, coulometer, acquisition module, power lightning arrester and other components and cabinet body.
The specific configuration and technical requirements of the distribution cabinet are as follows:
(1) When numbering the power distribution cabinet in the machine room, in addition to the normal number of the power distribution cabinet, the purpose of the power distribution cabinet should also be added. For example: power distribution cabinet UPS Power Distribution Cabinet.
(2) The power distribution cabinet in the machine room is designed to supply power accurately and reliably. Power supply objects of different natures are not controlled in one cabinet. Standby circuit shall be reserved in the distribution cabinet for expansion of equipment in the machine room. For capacity expansion and maintenance.
(3) The panel of the distribution cabinet can display the current (size and three-phase balance), voltage and frequency, and use the acquisition module to transmit the operation status to the centralized monitoring system.
(4) The main electrical components in the distribution cabinet shall be products with stable quality and reliable performance. It mainly includes: emergency power-off engine/auxiliary contacts of each switch (alarm, fault, opening and closing indication, etc.)/optional operation mode of main switch/ventilation and cooling equipment/various measuring instruments/Vigil leakage protection accessories/tripping mode (thermal magnetic, electromagnetic). Connecting wires (wires, cables, midlines, grounding wires, etc.) between components shall be in accordance with the color, mark and number specified by the state. The technical indicators meet the design requirements, and can meet the requirements of computer equipment and its auxiliary equipment.
(5) The distribution cabinet is equipped with an emergency switch. The fire alarm system is linked with the power distribution cabinet (XP1). When the fire alarm signal is confirmed, the fire control system will cut off the power supply of the power distribution cabinet (XP1).
(6) The connection device of neutral line and grounding shall be set in the distribution cabinet according to the different requirements of computer equipment and its auxiliary equipment. The safety protection grounding wire (PE) in the distribution cabinet (box) should be reliably connected with the equipotential grounding collection box, but it should be noted that the power supply neutral wire (N) in the machine room should be insulated from the grounding wire (PE).
(7) Busbars, wiring bars, and various cables, conductors, neutral wires, grounding wires, etc. used in the distribution cabinet comply with national standards. Mark and number according to the specified color. All air switches are connected with copper bars.
(8) Various switches and operation buttons in the distribution cabinet shall be clearly marked to prevent misoperation during use.
