Wuxi installation and wiring In order to ensure the safe, stable and reliable operation of the system, it must be correctly installed and wired. The wires should meet the electrical requirements and safety requirements, and the wiring should be firm and reliable.
Wire selection:
1. Signal bus
Conductor type: multi strand copper core insulated twisted pair double color flame-retardant flexible conductor RVS-2 × 1.0
Core sectional area ≥ 1.0mm2
Transmission distance: 2000m Since twisted pair has better anti-interference performance than parallel conductor, twisted pair must be used for signal bus to ensure reliable operation of the system.
2.24V power line
Conductor type: multi strand copper core insulated twisted pair double color flame-retardant flexible conductor RVS-2 × 2.5
Core sectional area ≥ 2.5 mm2 (specific conductor sectional area can be determined according to the actual situation)
Transmission distance: the cross-sectional area of 24V power line related to the cross-sectional area of wire and load size shall be selected according to the requirements of specific load current, wire length and operating voltage of controlled equipment.
In practical engineering, the working current of electromagnetic valve equipment such as fire damper and smoke exhaust damper is relatively large. For equipment controlled by different input/output modules, sequential delayed starting can be realized through programming to avoid peak current impact. If one I/O module controls more solenoid valves or has a large current, select a wire with a larger cross-sectional area. The working current of combustible gas detector is large, and the diameter of 24V power line shall be large enough. If necessary, multiple power lines or distributed power supply shall be adopted.

Wiring requirements:
1. All wires must be laid in pipes. The fire broadcasting line and fire telephone line should be laid in pipes separately. They should not be laid in the same pipe or slot of the trunking with the return line, DC24V power line, communication line, multi wire linkage control line, etc., or the fire alarm system will not work stably, and the fire broadcasting and fire telephone will also have a loud noise!
2. Two buses, multi wire linkage control lines and communication lines must use twisted pair wires, otherwise the system is vulnerable to space electromagnetic interference, and the lines are prone to cross talk, and the system cannot work properly! It is forbidden to use multi-core parallel cables as bus and multi wire linkage control lines.
