The community is an intelligent community with large area, many buildings and complex monitoring environment. For the safety management of the community, we divide the community into x monitoring areas and use mesh high-definition color CCD video camera , mesh network video The server , respectively monitor the pedestrian passageways in front of each building and the main traffic locations in the community. The square and children's playground are moving points, so mesh Huansu is used, and other monitoring points are fixed points, using mesh ordinary color cameras.
1. Front end equipment
Front end equipment refers to the camera system installed on the site in a public manner, including CCD camera, protective cover, support, etc.
1) Camera:
Camera is the key equipment in the system, and its technical indicators determine the image quality of the whole system. The main performance indicators of the camera are sensitivity, clarity and signal-to-noise ratio. According to the experience accumulated by our company for many years, the performance indicators of the network camera are very important for the whole system. According to the specific situation of the community, the front-end network camera selects mesh 1/3 "high-definition color CCD network camera and mesh 1/3" high-definition color all-in-one camera.
2) Lens
The Japanese Seiko zoom lens is selected, which can be easily focused to clearly observe different objects at far and near distances. It is an automatic zoom lens, which can remotely control the change of focal length.
3) Protective cover and support:
Because they are all outdoor points, outdoor spherical protective cover is used. It is not only beautiful in shape, convenient for camouflage, but also integrated with the surrounding environment, and has good use effect.
The CCD camera used in the monitoring area of the community square and children's playground is called the movable point. It uses a 270 times all-in-one machine that can automatically focus. Therefore, its protective cover uses a Huan speed with a decoder, which can be remotely controlled to rotate from left to right, up and down, and zoom in and out of the camera lens focus.
2. Transmission system
The transmission system is responsible for the transmission of video signal, power signal and control signal. The front-end network camera uses DC 12V power supply, and the camera is connected to our network video server through coaxial cable 75-5 video cable. The movable point uses multi-core shielded cable as 485 control line to connect with our network video server to transmit control signals.
3. Central equipment
The mesh network video server is equipped with a network RJ45 interface, which is connected to the local area network of the cell and assigned an IP address. It converts the analog signals collected by the front-end high-definition CCD camera into IP packets, and transmits the monitoring images to the monitoring center of the cell through the network. It adopts the compression format of Motion JPEG, with clear transmission image and low transmission bandwidth. When we operate the front-end device, it sends the control signal to the outdoor decoder to control the pan tilt to rotate up and down, left and right, and zoom in and out of the lens focus.
4. Monitoring center
The central control room is the nerve center of security and prevention. The middle and upper control rooms should watch the monitoring images in the community in real time, make correct judgments on accidents quickly, give correct and rapid commands and handling, and timely control all possible or imminent hazards and hidden dangers in the bud to prevent property losses Ensure the safety of personnel. Our monitoring software can support the same screen display of 25 channels of video at the same time. The company sets two computers in the monitoring center and installs monitoring system software. Through these two computers, all front-end mesh servers are managed, and 38 channels of monitoring images in the community are displayed in real time in front of the personnel on duty. At the same time of monitoring, video recording can also be carried out in a variety of ways, including dynamic alarm recording, appointment recording, manual recording, and cyclic recording.
